I loved this job. It was my first REAL job and it was the perfect place to start out. The work was easy, I was doing data entry, and the people were great. I really had some good times at this company. I was really sad when the contract was bought out and the company closed. Pros Great enviroment. Cons Closed. Working here was ok. I enjoyed the people that I worked with. At certain times of the month the work could be fast paced and stressful but overall it was a good place to work.

It is no longer in business probably for the reasons listed above. Created to process Medicare physicians claims. TrailBlazer Health Enterprises was a good company to work for. I gained so much knowledge about healthcare and Medicare specifically. Typically, the day began in the early morning, logging onto the phone line and computer systems and answering fast-paced, back to back provider calls.

It was challenging, but also offered great opportunities for advancement within the company. The hardest part of the job was separating yourself from the in-house "drama. Great group of co workers. The job I performed was very easy and enjoyable. The only disturbing part was the fact that the company was a Medicare contractor.

They lost their contract and a lot of people lost their jobs. Again, the management did not make good choices in the contracts they tried to get. Too many chiefs and not enough workers. Company lost Medicare Contract by using bad choices.

Cons We lost out government contract. Loved the company. I enjoyed my coworkers and the flexible time. The supervisors knew their job and would not mind helping anyone that needed help.

It was a great place to work. I was hired as a temporary employee and completed my contract and had the contract renewed. I had acquired full-time employment at Clay Academy when they offered me a full-time position at Trailblazer.
